BUFFETOPIA SCRATCH & WIN
Official Rules
September 14, 2026 through October 15, 2026. Ends October 15 at 10:00 PM Central Time.
1. Sponsor and Location
Sponsored and administered by Buffetopia at 9930 FM 1960 Bypass Rd W, Humble, TX 77338 (the “Sponsor”). Offered only at this location.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion begins September 14, 2026 and ends October 15, 2026 at 10:00 PM Central Time (“CT”), or earlier if all available cards have been issued. Sponsor’s system clock is the official timekeeper.
3. Prizes
The prize pool consists of 2 iPads, 1 television, 15 big plushies, 40 free meals and 100 small plushies. All other cards are non-winning. Prize images are illustrative. Sponsor may select the brand, model, color or style. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
4. Odds and Results
Each card is randomly selected from unissued cards in that date’s saved pool and has one fixed result. Prize odds depend on the number of that prize’s unissued cards and total unissued cards remaining in the applicable daily pool when issued. Refreshing, reopening, copying or scratching differently will not change the result. Some prizes may remain unawarded if cards are not issued or opened.
5. Verification and Redemption
Every result is subject to verification in Sponsor’s live system. A potential winner must show the live winning card and redemption code to an authorized manager before leaving. A winning card first revealed after this September 22, 2026 update must be redeemed before midnight on the same Central Time calendar day it is revealed. It cannot be redeemed the next day. Cards first opened before this update are not retroactively expired based on an earlier page view. Each winning card may be redeemed once. A card marked “Already Redeemed” has no further value. Screenshots, printouts and copies do not create another prize. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required.
6. Taxes
All federal, state and local taxes, fees and reporting obligations arising from a prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. Sponsor may require documents needed for tax reporting before releasing a prize.
7. Technology and Service Interruptions
Participation requires a compatible smartphone and working cellular data or Wi-Fi. Sponsor is not responsible for an incompatible device, device malfunction, unavailable connection, delayed message, or a card that cannot be opened or completed after the guest leaves. If the website, restaurant network, power, equipment or related service is unavailable or malfunctioning, Sponsor may temporarily pause card issuance, participation or redemption until service is restored. No paper substitute is provided.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Entrants may not copy, sell, resell, transfer, alter, tamper with or attempt to generate a card, link, QR code, card code or redemption code. Automated programs, bots, scripts, bulk requests, false identities, multiple-device circumvention and attempts to exceed the entry limit are prohibited. Sponsor may invalidate entries, refuse a prize and disqualify a participant for fraud, abuse, manipulation or a rule violation.
9. Errors and Sponsor Decisions
If a display, programming, database, human or technical error causes an incorrect result or makes more prizes appear available than stated, Sponsor’s verified system record and stated prize limits control, subject to applicable law. Sponsor’s reasonable decisions concerning eligibility, verification and enforcement are final. Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the promotion when fraud, technical failure, safety concerns or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially affect fair operation.
10. Privacy
Treat card links and codes as private. Anyone who obtains a link may be able to view its result. Information collected for eligibility, prize verification, security or legally required tax reporting will be used to administer the promotion and comply with law.
11. Questions
Direct questions in person to a Buffetopia manager at 9930 FM 1960 Bypass Rd W, Humble, TX 77338 during regular restaurant hours.
